Made from 100% Colorado grain — 70% #2 Dent corn, 15% Elbon rye, 15% malted barley — and mashed with Rocky Mountain water. Distilled on our custom CARL stills, then aged a minimum five years in level #3 charred American oak for notes of vanilla, honey, toasted oak, and a touch of rye spice. Distilled, aged, and bottled entirely on-site in Basalt, CO. Gold medalist at the 2025 Los Angeles Spirits Competition. Tasting Notes: A forward nose of vanilla, caramel and oak with just enough spice to get your attention. It finishes with hints of caramel and a touch of honey and oats.
