Portfolio valuations and unrealized gain/loss figures shown on your dashboard are estimates based on scraped data. These figures do not constitute financial advice and should not be used to make purchasing, selling, or investment decisions.
When you submit a new bottle to the catalog via the "Expand the Database" feature, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that submission within the Service. You represent that your submission is accurate and does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove or modify any catalog entry.
All application code, design, and original content of the Service is owned by Wolf's Whiskey Wall. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Whiskey brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance in the catalog is for identification purposes only.
Price data is collected from independently operated retailers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any retailer listed in the Service. Linking to a retailer does not constitute a recommendation or warranty of their products, pricing, or availability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
