By creating an account or using Wolf's Whiskey Wall ("the Service," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We require date-of-birth affirmation at site entry and at registration. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where this requirement is not met.
Wolf's Whiskey Wall does not sell, ship, deliver, or arrange delivery of alcoholic beverages. We are not a licensed retailer, wholesaler, or manufacturer. The Service is a personal collection tracker and informational price reference. Any purchase of alcohol occurs solely between you and independently operated third-party retailers. Linking to a retailer does not make us a party to that transaction.

Market prices displayed in the Service are scraped nightly from third-party retailers and are provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only. Prices may be outdated, inaccurate, or unavailable. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price data.
Portfolio valuations and unrealized gain/loss figures shown on your dashboard are estimates based on scraped data. These figures do not constitute financial advice and should not be used to make purchasing, selling, or investment decisions.
When you submit a new bottle to the catalog via the "Expand the Database" feature, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that submission within the Service. You represent that your submission is accurate and does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove or modify any catalog entry.
If you rate a bottle in your collection, you may submit category scores and a written comment. Ratings and comments are visible to other signed-in users on that bottle’s review feed (showing your username, Overall score, and comment; category sub-scores may be shown on hover or focus). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the Service. You agree not to post defamatory, harassing, spam, or unlawful content; not to make health, medical, or curative claims about alcohol; and not to use reviews to promote illegal sales. Reviews reflect personal opinions only and are not endorsed by us. We may edit, hide, or remove reviews that violate these Terms or our content guidelines.
When you use Scan bottle, you may scan a barcode or upload/capture a photo of a whiskey label. Barcode decoding happens on your device; we receive only the barcode digits for catalog lookup. For label photos, you grant us a limited license to transmit that image to our vision provider solely to extract label text and suggest catalog matches. Photos are processed ephemerally and are not retained as a user photo gallery. Matches (barcode or AI) may be inaccurate; you must confirm any match before adding a bottle to your collection. Do not upload images of minors, illegal content, or material unrelated to whiskey identification. Automated label-photo scan limits apply to prevent abuse.
All application code, design, and original content of the Service is owned by Wolf's Whiskey Wall. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Whiskey brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance in the catalog is for identification purposes only.
Price data is collected from independently operated retailers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any retailer listed in the Service. Linking to a retailer does not constitute a recommendation or warranty of their products, pricing, or availability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to reliance on price data, portfolio valuations, or collection information displayed therein.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting joeyrd03@gmail.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
