Proof: 100 proof Mashbill: 100% Texas Rye Tasting Notes: Nose: Light nose with spicy oak, vanilla bean, savory herbs, cherry pie and hints of white pepper. Palate: Sweet soft oak, with dark honey, black tea, candied ginger, wintergreen, pecan, dried currant and cream soda. Finish: Finidry finish with notes of pink peppercorn, walnut and almond butter.
