Proof: 100 proof Age: 8-years Mash bill: 64/24/12 Corn/Rye/Malted Barley Tasting Notes: The nose pops with initial notes of dehydrated strawberries, leather and tobacco. This nose is complex with lots of fruit and spice. The taste moves to cigar box, toasted turbinado sugar and vanilla bean ice cream. A long buttery and oaky finish. Story: After years of working with distilleries around the world to provide advice and fermentation products, we launched our premium craft distillery in 2012 with a focus on making the highest quality Bourbon, Rye Whiskey and Vodka. Our founders Shane Baker and Pat Heist are fermentation experts with more than 20 years of experience in the production of alcohol and some of the best brands on the market today.
